Packing slip generator
Fill in the order and item lines on the left — the right side is a print-ready A4 packing slip that updates as you type, with quantities totalled automatically. Print it or save as PDF. Everything stays in this page's memory; nothing uploads or persists.

How saving to PDF works
“Print / Save PDF” opens your browser’s own print dialog. Choose “Save as PDF” as the destination — paper A4, portrait, default scale — and the file you get is a real PDF generated by the system, not a renamed web page. On desktop Chrome/Edge the option is right in the printer list; on macOS any print dialog can also “Save as PDF” from the PDF menu at the bottom left.
Long lists and page breaks
The slip is one A4 portrait page that grows naturally: when the item table overflows, the header row repeats on every page and normal rows try not to split; a single row taller than a page is allowed to break so text is never clipped. Quantities must be positive integers — invalid lines are flagged and block printing, and fully blank lines are ignored.
Where your data goes
Order numbers, addresses and item lines in this form stay on your device: the form does not auto-save, write localStorage or put entries in the URL. Refreshing or closing the tab wipes the form — keep a PDF if you need a copy. Site privacy policy
Frequently asked
How does "Print / Save PDF" produce a PDF?
The button calls your browser's print function. In the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" as the destination and you get a real PDF — pick A4 paper, portrait, default or 100% scale. The tool never fakes a PDF by renaming HTML.
Will leading zeros in SKUs survive?
Yes. SKUs are treated as plain text, so codes like 000123 print exactly as typed; only the quantity is validated as a positive integer. Rows sharing the same SKU are never auto-merged, so you can split lines per carton or batch.
What happens with a bad quantity?
Quantities must be positive integers (1, 2, 3…). Zero, negatives, decimals or text flag that row in red, the status line names the offending row numbers, and printing is blocked until fixed. A completely blank row is simply ignored.
Are sender and recipient required?
No — both are optional. Filled in, they appear as From / To blocks at the top of the slip; left blank, no empty boxes are printed.
Is anything I type saved or uploaded?
The form itself does not save or send your entries — no localStorage and nothing goes into the URL. Content disappears when you refresh or close the tab — save a PDF from the print dialog if you need a copy. See the site privacy policy in the footer for site-wide details.
Does a long item list paginate when printing?
Yes. The A4 portrait sheet breaks across pages naturally, the table header repeats at the top of each page and normal rows try to stay intact; a single row taller than a page is allowed to split so nothing is clipped.
