US celebrity Gwyneth Paltrow has collaborated with Texas-based studio Michael Hsu Office of Architecture on the first sit-down restaurant for wellness company Goop, giving visitors "a new way to experience the brand". Goop Kitchen Del Mar opened on 31 August and is located at the One Paseo shopping complex in San Diego.
